Most of the wear parts we list are Stak products developed to match the original equipment on the named cutters — same dimensions, materials, mounting bases, hole patterns, and function — so they install as a direct replacement with a perfect fit on the machine. Brand names such as Lectra, Gerber, Bullmer, FK, YIN, Kuris, Morgan, OROX, and IMA describe compatibility only. Stak is not affiliated with those cutter brands.
Also important: not every part on an automatic cutter is made by the cutter brand itself. Many machines use bought-in components — for example pneumatic cylinders from Festo, motors from Maxon, or abrasive belts from VSM. Those items are genuine parts from those component brands. When we supply the same brand for the same application, you are getting that same original component brand, not a Stak redesign of that item.

What if you ship the wrong part or there is a quality problem?
If you receive the wrong item because of our shipping error, we will reship the correct part free of charge. If a product has a quality problem that you notice on receipt (or that is clearly not normal use), we will replace it free of charge.
Consumables such as bristle blocks and cutting blades wear in normal production. Damage inside a reasonable service life under normal cutting conditions is expected wear — that is normal and not treated as a free replacement case. If something fails in an abnormal way — for example a blade breaks right after install — contact us with photos and the order details; we will replace it free of charge when it is a clear product or handling fault on our side.
