A part number is what lets Stak quote the right blade, bristle block, or grinding part the first time. Automatic cutter components look similar across models. The number printed on the part, the pack, or the maintenance list is the match key.
Where to find the part number
- On the part itself: edges of blades, ends of bristle blocks, and faces of grinding stones or metal fittings
- On the original packing, label, or invoice line
- In the OEM parts manual for that cutter model
- On the machine HMI or the maintenance spare-parts list
What to send Stak for a fast quote
- The part number, exactly as printed
- Machine brand and model, for example Lectra, Gerber, or Bullmer
- Quantity
- A photo of the old part if the number is missing or worn off
If you only have the old part
Photograph the whole part and any stamped or printed characters. Measure length, width, thickness, or bore if you can do that safely. Note which station it came from, such as the knife, the bristle bed, or the grinding unit. Stak can often match from those details when the number is gone.
